Solve Your Problem with Cellulite The Right Way
74
Just a little lifting and toning lets you get rid of cellulite on your buttocks, hips and thighs. The money you are throwing down the drain is purposely targeted, so that you buy totally ineffective "cellulite treatment" products or techniques.
Cellulite is not a medical term and there is no such a thing. Join that small group of fortunate ladies that have distinguished a way to actually remove cellulite permanently, with no risks or expenses ... Exercise the right way!
Cellulite is a Trap
Cellulite is a "made up" term coined in Saloons and Spas, and it is heavily promoted by skin and body care experts.
The common theory about cellulite is that it is a combination of fat, water and toxic wastes that the body could not eliminate, in other words it is another type of fat that is different from normal fat, that is responsible for cellulite. This is mostly sufficient for many desperate women to buy one of the "cellulite cures".
Why anti-cellulite products are ineffective?
Based on a hypothesis that is physiologically impossible, i.e. the fat under your skin is different from the rest of the fat on your body, many people sell products, some of which may temporarily induce the feeling of a little softer and smoother skin, but they fail to remove riddles and dimples. There are a lot of products including pills, creams, rollers....etc, sold everywhere without sensible results.
Scientific Research of Cellulite
In a study conducted by Neil Solomon M.D., several years ago, there was no difference between specimens of normal fat and lumpy fat.
More sophisticated studies were made recently at Rockefeller Institute, from which researchers concluded that:
- Women are more prone to develop the appearance of "cellulite" than men, due to certain characteristic of skin
- There were no differences in the appearance or function of the fatty tissue, or the regional blood flow between "cellulite" affected and unaffected body areas
How is Cellulite Formed
In the image at your right, you can see the skin and its underlying tissues we all have. The uppermost layer is the epidermis, and the pink layer just below it is the "dermis", below them is a layer that is shaded in yellowish tone and forms the subcutaneous (under the skin) fat. The dark red layer under fat is the muscle layer where the cellulite starts.
When these muscles are not stimulated properly, they get soft and flabby, and when this occurs in the cellulite zone it allows the skin and fat layer to be soft, limp and uneven, giving the appearance of orange peel or cottage cheese.
Firming up this muscle layer is the key to break or make cellulite. To create a smoothing effect on the outermost layer of your skin, you should tone-up and "push-out" your muscle against your skin. These muscles should be tightly and evenly around everything beneath it.
No Need for the Gym Routines
Weights and machines will result in strengthening and added muscle bulk in the large muscles of your body, and this is not required to reduce cellulite in the lower body of a woman.
These weights and machines convey the message to the major muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints of a body region worked on, while the small muscles directly beneath the cellulite area - DO NOT get adequately stimulated for the desired effect of "firing up" on the cellulite specific area.
