Mask for All Hair Problems and Types

Whether you have a damaged hair, and you want a natural hair mask to be made at home to act as a moisturizing hair mask, a conditioning hair mask, or as a damaged hair treatment , then you need to look at this mask:

Ingredients of Fenugreek Hair Mask:

Fenugreek seeds --------------- 1 TSP
Honey ----------------------------- 1 TSP
Black Tea extract --------------- 1 TBS
Castor oil ------------------------- 1 TBS
Thyme oil ------------------------- 1/2 TSP

- Soak the Fenugreek seeds overnight or boil it for 1/2
an hour, renewing water
- Blend the softened fenugreek with the rest of ingredients to make a paste
- Massage this paste on scalp and hair and leave it for 15-20 minutes
- Wash it off with a mild shampoo

Hair Mask for Split Ends

Olive oil ------------------ 2 TBS
*Liquid Lecithin --------- 1 TSP
Honey -------------------- 1 TSP

* You may substitute lecithin with an egg yolk

- Warm the mixture and massage hair and scalp thoroughly, and rub the ends of hairs
- Wrap your head with shower cap for 1/2 an hour
- Wash

Mask for Dry Hair

Yogurt (full cream) ----- 1 cup
Egg Yolk ----------------- 1
Jojoba oil ----------------- 1 TBS
Beeswax pellets --------- 1 TSP

- Microwave the beeswax and castor oil to melt
- Mix the oily mixture with yogurt and egg yolk
- Apply the mixture generously to the hair and leave on for 20 minutes
- Rinse using shampoo and apply a conditioner if you like

Mask for A Shiny Hair

Eggs -------------------- 2 eggs
Milk (full cream) ------- 1 TBS
Honey ------------------- 1 TSP

- Beat the ingredients then apply on your hair
- Rinse your hair after 5-7 minutes and you will get an instantly shining hair


Another way is to dissolve 1 TSP of honey in 4 cups of warm water, pour the mixture onto your hair. Do not rinse out and dry as usual.

Mask for Thin Hair

Oat flakes -------------- 1 TBS
Castor oil --------------- 1 TBS
Milk (full cream) ------- 1 TBS

- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and apply to the entire hair
- Leave for 4 hours and then rinse  thoroughly

Mask for Falling Hair

Potato ------------------------ 1 fruit
Aloe Vera gel --------------- 2 TBS
Honey ------------------------ 1 TBS
Vitamin A&E ----------------- 1 Capsule

- Peel the potato and press out the juice
- Mix 2 TBS of the potato juice with Aloe Vera, Vitamin A&E capsule and the honey together
- Rub the mixture into the roots and massage into the scalp
- Cover your hair with a shower cap or wrap your hair in a towel
- After 2 hours wash your hair with a mild shampoo
- Do this mask twice a week.

Conditioning Hair Mask

If you want a banana hair mask, Avocado hair mask or a good moisturizing hair mask, then this hair mask recipe is for you:

Ingredients:

Banana ------------------- 1/2
Avocado ------------------ 1/4
Wheat Germ oil --------- 1 TBS
Yogurt -------------------- 1 TBS
Mayonnaise ------------- 1 TBS
Vitamin E caps ---------- 1

- Blend all constituents
- SqUeeze in the contents of vitamin E capsule
- Apply on the hair and leave for 15 minutes
- Rinse with a mild shampoo

Hair Mask for Dandruff

Thyme oil -------------------- 1/2 TSP
Sweet Almond Oil ---------- 2 TBS

- Pour the mixture over clean damp hair
- Massage into scalp and leave for 20 minutes
- Rinse using a mild shampoo

Mask for Softening Dry Hair

Chamomile Flowers ------------ 1 TBS
Comfrey root -------------------- 1 TSP
Nettle ----------------------------- 1 TSP
Elder Flowers ------------------- 1 TSP
Apple Cider Vinegar ----------- 1 TSP
Water ----------------------------- As needed

- Boil the herbs in water enough to wash your hair repeatedly, and let it stand for 1/2 an hour
- Add the vinegar and mix with the filtrate of the herbs
- After shampooing your hair, pour the mixture repeadly for 4-5 times

Mask for Curling Iron-Fried Hair

If your hair feels like straw, then it is fried and needs a fix. This mask will fix it easily.

Your hair needs a conditioner that penetrates the hair and moisturises it. Find one that contais any of keratin, Shea butter, Cetyl alcohol (a long chain fat that retain moisture), and better if it combines all, it is labeled for dry, damaged hair. Run throughout your hair and leave for 10 minutes.

- Deep conditioning is recommended twice a week the first couple weeks, then once a week

- Protect your hair with a shower cap when taking shower
